Terms of room price and guarantee

The price that appears on the villa-baliku website is the price for 1 villa unit (entire villa) with the number of rooms and facilities as stated in the villa description or unit description section, the price includes all facilities and services available and mentioned on this website.
The price will be added if you exceed the number of participants staying as specified and will be charged on the first day you check in to the villa.
A security deposit will be requested by the manager or staff of villa, a minimum of IDR. 1 million or in accordance with the policy set by the villa owner/manager.
The security deposit will be returned when you check out of the villa and the unit has been inspected by the villa manager/staff and it is stated that the villa’s assets are in good condition and complete, then your security deposit will be returned 100%. If there is damage, destruction or loss of villa assets, you will be asked to replace them.
The manager or staff of villa will ask for a copy of your personal data documents, such as passport, visa or kitas if you are a foreigner

  • Additional services or additional tours will be charged separately and please ask Villa-Baliku customer service.
  • The price shown is the price that includes tax and service of 15% in accordance with applicable regulations.

You must pay a guarante deposit when making a villa reservation on the Villa-Baliku website as a guarantee of security and compensation for the risk of damage or loss of villa assets. This deposit will be returned 100% when you check out of the villa and after inspection by the villa staff and declared safe and there was no damage or loss of villa assets.
