Terms of use and Reservation Requirements

General
VILLA BALIKU and WEBSITE WWW.VILLABALIKU.CO.ID is a villa reservation booking service website (Website specifically for booking villas as well as additional services mentioned on the website) that lists and displays several villa units in Bali and around that have established B2B, O2B cooperation in accordance with the agreement that has been made between the owner and / or manager of the villa which is subject only to the contents of the agreement or agreement of the signed parties and is subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

Temporary Confirmation
Upon receipt of the reservation request form, which you can find on this website, we will contact you via email (usually within 24 hours if the message is received during working hours in Bali) and will provide you with a provisional confirmation of villa availability, villa rates, and the amount of the requested down payment, which is 50%.

Confirmation of reservation is often booked well in advance.
To confirm your reservation, you will be required to transfer the amount of the down payment into our US$ bank account or an Indonesian national bank account for those of you who have bank accounts in Indonesia. When the down payment amount has been received in our bank account, we will send you a confirmation to confirm your reservation. Please notify Villa BALIKU by email, as soon as the transfer has been completed. We will send you a written confirmation notification. Reservation handling is based on the principle of “FIRST COME – FIRST SERVE”.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the first night’s stay will be charged,
If canceled within 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total reservation payment will be charged.
If canceled within this period or in case of no-show on the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation payment will be charged.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance with all risk coverage at the time of booking, so that you and all relatives or friends who are vacationing with you will be safely protected during your holiday trip from the risk of illness, including emergency evacuation, serious injury, death, loss of luggage and personal belongings, cancellation and any other unforeseen events during your holiday trip.

Minimum stay and Rental Rates
Villa BALIKU’s minimum stay requirements include at least one night a year, except in July, August and the period from December 20 to January 7 when there is a minimum stay of 5 nights. Rental rates also vary depending on the season and are subject to change without prior notice.

Liability
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any risk of loss or damage to your personal belongings and equipment during your stay at Villa BALIKU, or during your Bali vacation. We are not responsible for any delays, additional expenses or inconveniences that may occur due to events beyond our control, whether direct or indirect such as delays in arrival on international flights, civil disturbances, fires, floods, extreme weather changes, calamities and disasters, enforcement of government regulations, or failures due to malfunction of machinery or other facilities.

Booking terms

These booking conditions govern all kinds of bookings that have been made with Villa BALIKU (whether through the Villa BALIKU website or other means). All kinds of correspondence must be addressed to Villa BALIKU by email or by post with the address Jl. SENTANU NO. 37 DENPASAR (Postal code 80115) – BALI -INDONESIA. You also agree to these conditions on behalf of all members included in your travel party.
Any booking made or reservation submitted will be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the relevant type of accommodation in accordance with these booking conditions.
Villa BALIKU will not enter into any contract until Villa BALIKU has done the following namely:
(a) Issued an invoice.
(b) Issued a booking confirmation by email.
(c) Receives payment in the form of either a down payment or full payment.
When payment has been confirmed and received, Villa BALIKU will send a confirmation of receipt of payment by email.
Full payment must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer to our account, credit card or payment via PayPal account.
Reservations will be held for 48 hours to allow you to submit your agreement via return email. If we do not receive full payment for the accommodation within the aforementioned timeframe, this will automatically be considered as a booking cancellation.

Villa BALIKU has more than 10 villa units listed with the number of rooms in each villa in accordance with the description data and specifications or description of each villa. With a different maximum number of each villa. Generally, each room can be occupied by a maximum of 2 adults, so the maximum number of people that can be accommodated in each villa is 2 adults multiplied by the number of rooms available in the villa, special beds / extra beds / swings or cots for babies can be ordered specifically and separately from standard bookings. For children under 2 years of age and pool fences can be pre-installed if desired. You are required to settle payment of any additional charges (such as incidentals, lunch/dinner, food supplements, mini-bar, dry cleaning and laundry and telephone charges) before you check-out of the Villa.

Responsibility.
Here are important points about renting at Villa BALIKU that you should know.
Both you and all members of your party are responsible for any kind of damage caused by you or your party members.
You and your group members must comply with all the rules and regulations imposed by Villa BALIKU.
The total number of people (including babies and children) staying at Villa BALIKU is not allowed to exceed the maximum limit as set out on this website (WWW.VILLABALIKU.CO.ID), if you exceed this limit you will be charged an additional fee for this or you will not be allowed into our villa.
You and all members of your party are responsible for the payment of additional fees for the use of facilities, such as extra fees or the use of additional facilities, but not limited to telephone, lunch / dinner, and laundry facilities.
Our WEBSITE comes with a villa layout chart and we ask you to study the chart so that you fully understand the size and style of the architecture and interior of the villa you will be renting. This chart is only an overview of the viewing profile of villa BALIKU.
Villa BALIKU has exerted appropriate and suitable efforts to ensure that the contents and content contained in this website truly reflect the actual situation and condition of the villa and will revise it at any time in accordance with changes that occur without giving notice of this. All content contained on this website (including information on tour packages, SPA services and Menus as well as accommodation and facilities) is published in good faith however you acknowledge that Villa BALIKU reserves the right to amend information and facilities as it deems necessary and appropriate.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal and cannot be resold, assigned or transferred to anyone. Our privacy statement and site terms can be viewed and read on our site. Completion of administrative documents such as passports, visas and health certificates for you or your group members is your sole responsibility.

Insurance.
You are strongly recommended to equip yourself with travel insurance that will help you in case of cancellation or medical treatment if something happens to you during your vacation trip.
Force majeure. Villa BALIKU will not be liable for any failure or delay in the execution of your itinerary, which may arise directly or indirectly by causes or circumstances beyond the control and capability of Villa BALIKU. The following are some examples of what constitutes Force majeure events: natural disasters, outbreak of war, riots, civil strikes, acts of terrorism, revolutions, imposition of certain governmental or regulatory authorities (including but not limited to refusal or revocation of licenses or approvals), fire, flood, lightning, eruption, fog or bad weather, discontinuation or failure of a service equipment (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunication facilities), renovation work within the scope of the villa, demonstrations, factory closures or sabotage, embargoes, blockades.
